Requests aren't bookings

Sending a request on this site, or leaving a message, doesn't book a visit. A visit is booked once Choy confirms a time with you by phone or text.

$100 deposit

Every call takes a $100 deposit before Choy heads out.
Pay it by Zelle or Cash App. Choy texts you the details.
The deposit comes off your final bill.
If you cancel after Choy is on the way, the deposit is kept.

Paying the rest

The rest of the bill can be paid by Zelle, Cash App or cash.

Prices and work

Agree on the job and the price with Choy before work starts. Some repairs can't be done safely where the vehicle is parked. If that happens, Choy will tell you, and suggest the next step.

Arrival times

Choy gives you his best estimate of when he'll arrive. Traffic, weather and other jobs can change it, and he'll keep you posted if it does.

Your vehicle and location

Make sure Choy is allowed to work on the vehicle where it's parked, and that you, or someone you've authorized, can be there or can give him access.
