What we collect

When you send a request on this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), vehicle, location or ZIP code, the time you'd like, and a description of the problem. When you call or text, Choy sees your phone number and anything you tell him.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, by the method you chose.
To get to your vehicle and do the work.
To follow up about that job, for example about payment or parts.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Text messages

If you agree on the request form, Choy may call or text you at the number you gave about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.

Your mobile number and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts this site, emails form requests to Choy and runs the spam check on the form (Turnstile).
Google provides Choy's email and calendar, where requests are delivered.

These services handle your information only to deliver it to Choy.

How long we keep it

Requests stay in Choy's email and calendar for as long as he needs them to run the business. To have yours deleted, call or text (773) 418-6738.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. The spam check on the request form may set a cookie that's needed for it to work.
