What the $100 diagnostic fee covers
The fee covers Choy's trip to your vehicle and the diagnosis. It's paid before he heads out.

- If you cancel after Choy is on the way, the fee isn't refunded.
Why there's no price list for repairs
The same symptom can have different causes, and parts differ by year, make and model. A car that won't start might need a battery, a cable, a starter or something else. Choy prices the job once he's found the cause, and you agree on the job and the price before he starts.
How to pay
For now, pay the diagnostic fee by Zelle or Cash App; Choy texts you the details. The rest of the bill can be paid by Zelle, Cash App or cash.
